Charli XCX is an English singer, songwriter and pop artist from Cambridge, England, whose work spans pop, electropop, PC Music-influenced hyperpop and experimental electronic pop. Emerging in the late 2000s and gaining broader recognition in the 2010s, she is known for blending glossy pop hooks with adventurous production, frequently collaborating with producers and other musicians to push the boundaries of mainstream pop songcraft. John Cale is a Welsh-born musician, composer and producer from Wales, associated with experimental rock, avant-garde, art rock and classical-influenced music.
