Lil Kleine, Boef
Lil Kleine (real name Jorik Scholten) and Boef (real name Sofiane Boussaadia) are Dutch rappers known for their contributions to the Netherlands' contemporary hip hop and pop-rap scenes. Both emerged in the mid-2010s and achieved mainstream success with charting singles and albums that blend rap, trap, and melodic pop influences, often featuring catchy hooks, autobiographical lyrics, and club-oriented production. Originating from Amsterdam (Lil Kleine) and Alkmaar/Heerhugowaard (Boef has Algerian-Moroccan heritage and spent part of his youth in France and the Netherlands), they became prominent figures in Dutch-language urban music, influencing a younger generation of performers and drawing considerable media attention for their public personas as well as their commercial music achievements.
